ÖZGÜR TEOMAN AYHAN

Born on September 21, 1977, in Ankara, Özgür Teoman Ayhan attended primary school at Kavaklıdere Primary School in Ankara. In the 3rd grade, he joined the children's choir of the Ankara State Opera and Ballet. In the 4th grade, in 1987, he began his education in the Oboe Department at Hacettepe University State Conservatory as a part-time student under Şakir Yolaç. He later continued his education full-time, studying with Çınar Turkan during his university years, and graduated in the first half of 1999. In the second half of 1999, he passed the exam for the Antalya State Opera and Ballet, and started working there. He completed his military service in İzmir in 2002 and got married in 2010. Since the opening of the Antalya State Opera and Ballet in 1999, he has performed as the principal oboist in most of the productions and continues to work in the same institution.
