Tutku Barın Rahmedov began her ballet training in 1990 joining the State Opera and Ballet General Directorate's children's ballet company as a guest child artist.
After graduating from the Hacettepe University State Conservatory Ballet Department in 1999, she became a member of the ballet company at the Mersin State Opera and Ballet. In 2011, she won the State Opera and Ballet General Directorate's audition and continued her career as a principal dancer.
She has performed leading roles in a numerous productions, including Romeo and Juliet, 1001 Nights, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Fountain of Bakhchisarai, Sleeping Beauty, Çeşmebaşı, Hamlet, The Amazons, Frida, Arda Boylari, Amadeus, Çalıkuşu, Piri Reis, Hürrem, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Güldestan, Danzon, İlişkiler, Düğün, La Fille Ma Gardee, La Corsaire, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Chopiniana, Çağrı, Bach ala Turca, Don Quixote, The Blue Danube, The Lady of the Camellias, Zorba, Giselle, Queen Aba, and Bolero
She has successfully represented Turkey during the State Opera and Ballet’s international tours in Italy, Japan, China, Georgia, and Cyprus.
Tutku Barın Rahmedov choreographed M. Erdoğan's children's opera 'Nasrettin Hoca' and taught ballet to children at the Mersin State Opera and Ballet.
Over her career, she has collaborated with world-acclaimed choreographers such as Irek Mukhamedov, Uğur Seyrek, Nugrizar Maghalasvili, Medea Maghalasvili, Merih Çimenciler, Beyhan Murphy, Mehmet Balkan, Lale Balkan, Oktay Keresteci, Deniz Olgay Yamanus, Özgür Adam İnanç, Armağan Davran, and Volkan Ersoy.
In 2024 Tutku Barın Rahmedov joined the Ankara State Opera and Ballet.
